1. Definitions & Interpretation
"Company" - Deluxe Driven LTD (Registration No. 16135617)
"Customer" - Any individual or organisation booking our services
"Services" - Chauffeur and vehicle hire services provided by Deluxe Driven
"Website" - www.deluxedriven.co.uk and all associated pages
"Booking" - A confirmed reservation for our services
These Terms & Conditions are effective from November 2025 and apply to all bookings made through our website, phone, or third-party platforms.
2. Service Terms
2.1 Service Agreement
By booking our services, you enter into a legally binding contract with Deluxe Driven. We agree to provide professional chauffeur services in accordance with industry standards.
2.2 Service Standards
- Professional, licensed, and DBS-checked chauffeurs
- Well-maintained, insured, and legally compliant vehicles
- Punctual service with flight tracking for airport transfers
- Courteous and professional conduct at all times
- Confidentiality and discretion for all customers
2.3 Complimentary Waiting Time
- 60 minutes at airports (from arrival to pickup)
- 15 minutes at other locations
- Additional waiting charged at £50/hour or part thereof
3. Booking & Reservation
3.1 Booking Requirements
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Specify pickup and drop-off locations clearly
- Confirm the date, time, and duration of service
- Disclose any special requirements in advance
3.2 Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with booking details, chauffeur information, and vehicle registration. Please review this carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors.
3.3 Changes to Bookings
Changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Changes made within 24 hours may incur an additional fee of £25.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Pricing
- All prices are fixed and transparent at time of booking
- Prices include the base journey and complimentary waiting time
- Additional charges apply for extra waiting, detours, or service extensions
- Toll fees are the responsibility of the customer
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of booking or as agreed.
4.3 Invoicing & Receipts
Invoices and receipts are sent via email. Corporate customers can arrange monthly invoicing upon request.
4.4 Late Payment
Overdue payments may incur interest at 8% per annum plus Bank of England base rate, or such rate as permitted by law.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 24 hours: Full refund (less 3% processing fee)
- 12-24 hours: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours: No refund
- No-show: Full charge applies
5.2 Company Cancellations
We will cancel only in exceptional circumstances (vehicle breakdown, chauffeur illness, etc.). In such cases, we will provide a full refund and work to arrange alternative transport.
5.3 Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the cancellation date.
6. Liability & Indemnification
6.1 Limitation of Liability
Deluxe Driven's total liability for any claim arising from these terms does not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.
6.2 Excluded Damages
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
6.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Deluxe Driven harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your violation of these terms or illegal conduct during service.
6.4 Insurance
All vehicles are fully insured. However, insurance may not cover misuse, illegal activities, or damage caused by customers.
7. Customer Conduct
7.1 Prohibited Behaviour
- Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward staff
- Smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol or illegal substances
- Eating messy food that may damage the vehicle
- Damage to the vehicle interior or exterior
- Failure to comply with the chauffeur's safety instructions
- Transporting illegal items or hazardous materials
7.2 Consequences
Violation of these conduct standards may result in service termination, additional charges for damages, and bans from future bookings.
8. Modifications & Termination
8.1 Right to Modify Terms
Deluxe Driven reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to customers via email.
8.2 Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service without notice if customers violate these terms or engage in illegal activities.
8.3 Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and resolved in the courts of England.

9. General Information
9.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Deluxe Driven regarding the use of our services.
9.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
