Arrange chauffeur journeys for conferences, awards evenings, concerts, sporting occasions and private celebrations. Share the event date, venue, required arrival time and passenger list so we can confirm a suitable vehicle and collection plan.

For executive guests attending a meeting or conference, combine the venue journey with corporate travel, hotel guest transfers or airport arrivals.

Weddings & family occasions

Plan travel between a home or hotel, the ceremony and the reception, with separate journeys for the couple, family or guests where required. Our wedding chauffeur planning page explains the information needed for a tailored quote. Decoration and other special requests must be confirmed before booking.

Sporting events, concerts & theatre

For journeys to Wembley, Twickenham, Royal Ascot or a London theatre, send the venue entrance or hospitality instructions along with your booking. Event road closures and collection restrictions may require an agreed meeting point away from the main entrance.

Decide whether to book a separate outward and return transfer or retain a chauffeur through hourly hire. A separate return does not reserve a vehicle on standby during the event. If the finishing time changes, contact the booking team to confirm availability and any price difference.

For several cars, identify the passengers and luggage assigned to each. A shared route can use eligible multiple-car booking options; staggered collections, different destinations or specialist vehicles need a tailored brief.

What to send for an event quote

• Event date, venue address, entrance and required arrival time.
• Collection addresses, guest numbers and luggage for each journey.
• Preferred vehicle, accessibility requirements or child-seat requests.
• Return time and meeting point, or the hours needed for a retained chauffeur.
• One organiser’s contact details for confirming amendments.

We serve London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, with longer journeys discussed by arrangement. Book early for the widest choice; each vehicle remains subject to confirmed availability.

Arrange your chauffeur journey

Send your collection address, date and time, destination or itinerary, passenger numbers and luggage requirements. We confirm the vehicle, availability and price before travel. Online bookings require at least four hours’ notice; bespoke journeys can be discussed with the booking team.
