Hotel chauffeur booking questions

Can the concierge arrange the journey for a guest?

Yes. Concierge teams can send the itinerary and requirements to our booking team. We confirm the vehicle, quote and booking details with the nominated contact; payment is required before travel.

Can a chauffeur wait while the guest visits several locations?

Request hourly hire when the chauffeur needs to remain available between stops. Waiting counts within the booked hours. Confirm the duration, route and extension terms in advance.

Can hotel and airport journeys be booked together?

Yes. Provide both legs and check the complete itinerary before payment. The booking form confirms eligible return-booking savings and the total.

Send your collection address, date and time, destination or itinerary, passenger numbers and luggage requirements. We confirm the vehicle, availability and price before travel. Online bookings require at least four hours’ notice; bespoke journeys can be discussed with the booking team.
